Review: Hypnosis Live, How Hypnosis Can Give You Freedom from Fear

How Hypnosis Can Give You Freedom from Fear

“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.”

This is a line from the inaugural speech of President Franklin D. Roosevelt given on March 4, 1933. Although the great man wasn’t talking about phobias, there is a distinctive ring of truth in his words.

Fear is, by its very nature, irrational. No one expects to be eaten by a spider, or to be set upon in a dark alley by goblins and ghouls. But human beings have this amazing thing called an imagination, a two-edged sword that has the power to create whole universes out of thin air on the one hand, or to frighten the living daylights out of them on the other. When it’s the latter it can seriously affect your quality of life, making even the simplest tasks seem like insurmountable challenges.

How Fear Manifests Itself

Irrational fears are known as phobias, and they can be specific – as in the fear of clowns or of bridges – or more general – as in agoraphobia, the fear of both open and confined spaces. Thanks to the powerful imagination you’ve been blessed with, it’s possible to develop a phobia about almost anything, and in most cases that phobia will produce a series of reactions such as:

  • Uncontrollable panic when exposed to the source of your fear
  • Heightened anxiety levels
  • Physical reactions that might include sweating, increased heart rate, and breathing difficulties
  • The inability to function normally due to increased anxiety and stress
  • The urge to do whatever it takes to avoid encountering the object of your fear
  • Feeling powerless to defeat your fear
Often people get anxious just thinking about what causes their fear, which only serves to strengthen their emotional and physical responses in the future. Fortunately, hypnosis is one of the quickest and most effective methods for dealing with phobias.

Get Help from Hypnosis

Hypnosis works by guiding you into a state of relaxation. It lets you shut out the outside world so you can bring your attention to a specific point of focus. This can be achieved by visiting a hypnotherapist or through reputable hypnosis recordings. In both cases you’ll be brought to a point where your mind is calm and you’re open to suggestions.

Hypnosis takes advantage of the fact that our imaginations are so vivid and limitless. It helps us work through scenarios in safety and security, away from the things we fear, using the power of suggestion to change the way we think. By replacing old and outdated beliefs with new and positive ones, it’s possible to eliminate the fear and all those associated reactions from our lives for good.

Deep down you know your fear isn’t real. It’s a reaction that’s been programmed into your mind, something you learned from your parents, siblings, friends, or even through the media. The feelings have become ingrained in your subconscious, and the only way to get rid of them and the behaviors they trigger is by replacing them with others.

Hypnosis is painless, non-invasive, and has no unpleasant side-effects. In most cases you’ll simply feel like you’ve had a bit of a rest, coming back to your normal wakeful state feeling refreshed and relaxed. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if all treatments and therapies could get results that left you feeling so good?

And that’s another thing that’s worth remembering. No matter how skeptical you might feel about hypnosis, it gets results – and anything that improves your quality of life has got to be worth a try.

Review: Hypnosis Live, Who Needs Hypnosis?

Who Needs Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is gaining worldwide recognition as an effective way to treat a whole host of conditions and illnesses, with documented evidence proving its ability to ease the symptoms of everything from asthma to warts.

For some people, however, even the idea of being hypnotized seems a bit radical, a step too far. But understanding the nature of hypnosis might just help you take advantage of one of the simplest and least invasive therapies on the planet.

Hypnosis Live Gift

You can access hypnosis in a number of ways. Hypnotherapy involves visiting a practitioner who will guide you into a hypnotic state, using scripts designed specifically to help with your particular problem. That can be difficult for some to cope with, possibly because they don’t feel comfortable sharing their secrets with others, or possibly because they feel deep down that it’s a waste of time and money.

Another way to get the benefit of hypnosis is through recorded sessions. These are available on reputable sites as audio downloads, usually in the form of MP3s that can be played on just about any device these days. You simply download the session that suits your problem or condition, plug in your headphones, and listen. The recording is designed to do the same job as a hypnotherapist, taking you through the process with a specially designed script. With headphones on, the outside world is shut off, making it easier for you to enter the state of suggestibility that hypnosis creates.

You Can’t Be Hypnotized

The thing you need to remember about hypnosis is that you don’t lose control of your mind. A hypnotherapist will not take over your thought processes and force you to do something against your will. That’s Hollywood bunkum and is literally impossible.

The same is true when you listen to recorded hypnosis sessions. You won’t get stuck in a trance-like state, even if something goes wrong and the recording skips or repeats itself. When your subconscious mind has had enough, it’ll either let you drift off to sleep or bring you back to normal wakefulness.

People develop these misconceptions for lots of different reasons, but the truth is that you can’t be hypnotized in the horror movie sense. What the hypnotherapist or recording does is makes it possible for you to enter a state of focused attention. They guide you into deep relaxation, switching off from the everyday world, bringing you into a dreamy state where your imagination is heightened and you’re more open to suggestion. So the only real question is – will it work for you?

Open Your Mind to the Possibilities

Research has shown that people who approach the experience of hypnosis with an open mind respond better than those who are skeptical. Some statistics regarding a person’s ability to be hypnotized are available, and they include the following facts:

  • At least 15 per cent of people respond well to hypnosis
  • Only 10 per cent of adults are difficult to hypnotize
  • Children are more susceptible to hypnosis than adults as a rule
  • The more vivid your imagination, the easier it is for you to enter a hypnotic state
Positive thinkers, children, and people with a vivid imagination are all likely to be able to be hypnotized. When you think of the potential for hypnosis to help manage pain, ease suffering, break bad habits and generally improve your quality of life, you’d have to be seriously hard-nosed not to want to at least give it a try.

Review: The Ex Factor Guide by Brad Browning, How to win your ex back, best methods

-- REVIEWED:  "The Ex Factor Guide" by Brad Browning --

EFFECTIVENESS:  9.9 / 10 PRESENTATION:  9.6 / 10 VALUE FOR MONEY:  9.8 / 10
OVERALL RATING:  9.8 / 10
SUMMARY:

Brad Browning's "Ex Factor Guide" program is easily the most comprehensive and most effective guide to getting your ex back.  After reviewing a number of similar products, we recommend "The Ex Factor Guide" as the #1 choice if you're looking for a step-by-step instruction manual on how to win your ex back.
The Ex Factor Guide
FULL REVIEW:
When I first stumbled across Brad Browning's new "Ex Factor Guide" program, I thought it would probably be like all the rest of the 'ex back' products for sale on the internet.  Boy, was I wrong!

First of all, "The Ex Factor Guide" is easily the most thorough and comprehensive guide ever written on the subject.  It leaves no stones unturned:  you may think that your situation is unique, and that any book on the topic can't possibly address the issues you're facing.  Well, with "The Ex Factor Guide", that's definitely not the case!  Brad has covered every possible scenario and "what if," meaning that by the time you've finished reading the program, your questions are almost certain to have been answered in depth.
Not only is it the most comprehensive program, it's also the only guide we're found that actually provides hundreds of real-world examples on how to apply Brad's techniques.  Brad's chapter on text messages, for example, offers dozens of canned text messages you can send to your ex that are almost guaranteed to get a response!

Perhaps most importantly, it's very clear that the sneaky psychological techniques recommended by Brad in "The Ex Factor Guide" have been researched and tested by couples in the real world.  Brad Browning is a certified relationship counselor, and his decades of experience working with couples to repair broken relationships is clearly evident throughout the book.  He offers dozens of unique and ground-breaking ideas that I've never read anywhere else.
Brad claims that over 90% of all relationships can be salvaged, and while that may sound unreasonably high, I actually tend to think he's being completely honest. It's no stretch to imagine that, as he states on his website, anyone who reads and applies his techniques is almost guaranteed to have their ex begging for a second chance.

What about the program itself?  The core of the program is a 125 page e-book, professionally written & presented in PDF format. There's also an audio version and a cool video course also included in the price, plus two excellent bonus e-books that cover various topics not addressed in the main e-book.
The best part?  It's all available *instantly* from Brad's website... there's no shipping fees and no waiting around for the mailman, because you can download the entire program within 2 mintues of ordering.  That's great news, considering that when you're trying to get your ex back, time is of the essence!

If you're ready to get instant access to all of Brad's sneaky psychological tips and techniques, head over to his website and watch the free video presentation now.  Trust me, you won't regret it.

Review: Hypnosis Live, What Hypnosis Can Do for You

What Hypnosis Can Do for You

Hypnosis – huh – what is it good for? Absolutely anything.

That might be a slight exaggeration, but the truth is that hypnosis is being used more and more regularly to treat a wide range of conditions. Apart from its well-known benefits to help people quit smoking, lose weight, gain confidence, and a host of other self-help issues, the practice is gaining wider acceptance in the treatment of illness and disease.

One of the problems with hypnosis is the word itself. It’s been hyped to the max in Hollywood movies and the like, when in reality hypnosis is nothing like that. Hypnotizing someone by asking them to look into your eyes as you swing a pocket watch back and forth will be about as effective – and as successful – as asking your bank manager for a loan you don’t have to pay back.

Hypnosis Live

Hypnosis Makes You Receptive to Change

People fear the idea of hypnosis more than hypnosis itself, because they simply don’t really understand what it is. They wonder if they’ll go into a trance from which they won’t be able to wake up, or if the hypnotherapist will implant some wicked command in their mind as part of an evil scheme. But neither of these things could ever happen to anyone.

When you allow yourself to be hypnotized, the so-called “trance-like state” you enter is simply a state of focused attention. Your mind is relaxed, which makes it easier for you to accept suggestions and imagine possibilities. But you have to want to be hypnotized; you have to want to make changes in your life, or there isn’t a person on earth who can force you.

So what can you use hypnosis for? The practical applications are growing in number all the time and they include, among other things, the treatment of:

  • Asthma
  • Chronic pain
  • Pain during labor
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Snoring
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • ADHD
  • Warts and psoriasis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
Hypnosis has also been successfully used to facilitate dental and surgical procedures without the need for anesthesia. When used to help people kick bad habits, such as quitting smoking or losing weight, hypnotherapy is effective in at least fifty per cent of cases. It can even be employed to lower a person’s blood pressure.

Hypnosis Live

Hypnosis is a Natural State

Don’t let the idea of hypnosis keep you from experiencing it. In fact, you’ve already experienced it without even realizing! If you’ve ever found yourself daydreaming while reading a book or watching a movie, that’s exactly what hypnosis is like. You lose yourself in what you’re doing, and your attention is focused entirely on the act you’re performing to the exclusion of everything else.

During hypnotherapy, the therapist helps you achieve this daydream-like state on purpose. You shut out all external stimuli and direct your attention to a single thought, helping fire up your imagination and switch off your logical conscious mind. And that’s when you are most susceptible to suggestions.

If there’s an issue in your life you need to resolve, mental or physical, then maybe it’s time you thought about hypnosis as a possible solution. These days you can find a qualified hypnotherapist in any city, or you might prefer to tackle the problem in the comfort of your own home using hypnosis audio MP3s. Whichever route you decide to take, hypnosis could turn out to be your new best friend.

How Hypnosis works, an introduction to the ins and outs of Hypnosis

How Hypnosis Works

When you hear the word hypnosis, you may picture the mysterious hypnotist figure popularized in movies, comic books and television. This ominous, goateed man waves a pocket watch back and forth, guiding his subject into a semi-sleep, zombie-like state. Once hypnotized, the subject is compelled to obey, no matter how strange or immoral the request. Muttering "Yes, master," the subject does the hypnotist's evil bidding.

Hypnosis

This popular representation bears little resemblance to actual hypnotism, of course. In fact, modern understanding of hypnosis contradicts this conception on several key points. Subjects in a hypnotic trance are not slaves to their "masters" -- they have absolute free will. And they're not really in a semi-sleep state -- they're actually hyperattentive.
Our understanding of hypnosis has advanced a great deal in the past century, but the phenomenon is still a mystery of sorts. In this article, we'll look at some popular theories of hypnosis and explore the various ways hypnotists put their art to work.

People have been pondering and arguing over hypnosis for more than 200 years, but science has yet to fully explain how it actually happens. We see what a person does under hypnosis, but it isn't clear why he or she does it. This puzzle is really a small piece in a much bigger puzzle: how the human mind works. It's unlikely that scientists will arrive at a definitive explanation of the mind in the foreseeable future, so it's a good bet hypnosis will remain something of a mystery as well.

Hypnosis

But psychiatrists do understand the general characteristics of hypnosis, and they have some model of how it works. It is a trance state characterized by extreme suggestibility, relaxation and heightened imagination. It's not really like sleep, because the subject is alert the whole time. It is most often compared to daydreaming, or the feeling of "losing yourself" in a book or movie. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. You focus intently on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought.

In the everyday trance of a daydream or movie, an imaginary world seems somewhat real to you, in the sense that it fully engages your emotions. Imaginary events can cause real fear, sadness or happiness, and you may even jolt in your seat if you are surprised by something (a monster leaping from the shadows, for example). Some researchers categorize all such trances as forms of self-hypnosis. Milton Erickson, the premier hypnotism expert of the 20th century, contended that people hypnotize themselves on a daily basis. But most psychiatrists focus on the trance state brought on by intentional relaxation and focusing exercises. This deep hypnosis is often compared to the relaxed mental state between wakefulness and sleep.

One of the best programs in today's world for Hypnosis is "Hypnosis Live". You can follow the banner link below for an introduction of this program.

FREE Hypnosis MP3 for Anti Stress, Better Sleep, Focus your mind and much more FREE

"Change Your Life with Hypnosis MP3s"

Hypnosis can be an incredibly powerful tool for changing your life.

You see the posters everywhere: "Lose weight with hypnosis!", "Stop smoking with hypnosis!"

But who really has the time or money to attend weekly sessions with a hypnotherapist? Not to mention the potential embarrassment of the whole experience?

Thankfully there is a solution. And it goes by the name of Hypnosis Live.

Hypnosis Live is a website dedicated to providing instantly downloadable hypnosis MP3 audio.

Just listen in the comfort of your own home -- they claim -- and experience powerful, lasting change, within just one or two listening sessions.

Unlike most hypnotherapists, the Hypnosis Live site caters for over 200 different uses for hypnosis - covering everything from a fear of injections to improving your singing skills.

FREE MP3 Stress Relief Hypnosis

Here are some of their most popular programs:

-- MONEY: Get richer by adopting a multi-millionaire's mindset
-- MEMORY: Seriously boost your memory and brainpower
-- WEIGHT LOSS: Program yourself to lose weight and get toned
-- CONFIDENCE: Turbo-charge your confidence levels, quickly
-- STOP SMOKING: Stop smoking forever, tried and tested route
-- PHOBIAS: Instantly dissolve absolutely any fear or phobia

Confidence Boosting, the Easy Way

This all sounds excellent -- but how do their hypnosis MP3 downloads perform? I decided to try one out for myself -- their "Instant Self-Confidence" MP3 session.

Purchasing was easy, and prices very reasonable, going as low as $4.95 when buying multiple. So I quickly downloaded the audio to my iPhone and began listening.

The whole experience lasted around 40 minutes. It started with a little conversation, then helped me to relax into a deep state of awareness. It felt incredibly relaxing. Then the hypnotherapist -- in a conversational tone -- helped to "reprogram" my confidence for optimal success. Combining both hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques, the session helped to rewire the way I thought about myself, and taught me a simple "thumb-and-forefinger" trick for rocketing my confidence levels, whenever I needed a boost.

Hypnosis Live FREE MP3 Gift

The session brought me back to regular waking life soon after, and I could instantly feel the benefits. I felt relaxed, content, but with a firm sense of self-worth.

Later that week, I had two big chances to use my new-found confidence skills, and the finger "brain hack" I'd been taught. On both occasions, my confidence glowed, and I performed at my absolute best.

And all after listening to the session just once. Pleased? Yes -- perhaps even a little ecstatic!

My Hypnotic Conclusion

For me, there's no doubt about it -- my confidence-boosting hypnosis session really paid off.

I felt an instant boost that has stayed with me over the past weeks.

The Hypnosis Live MP3 audio session was exceptionally high quality, and combining both hypnosis and NLP in a single session proved incredibly powerful.

My mini adventure into the world of hypnosis has truly inspired me. It's not just for stopping smoking. It could genuinely help anyone to become a money magnet, boost their brainpower, lose weight, rocket their confidence, get rid of fears, and much, much more. And all you have to do is click 'play', sit back, and listen.

In brief, I highly recommend Hypnosis Live!

The Tapping Solution

What is EFT Tapping?
EFT, otherwise known as Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a type of Meridian Tapping that combines ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology with startling results.
From pain relief, to healing childhood traumas, to clearing limiting financial beliefs, to weight loss, body image and food cravings, to fears and phobias, Tapping is proving to be a powerful, well-researched and easy to learn and apply technique.
Tapping utilizes the body’s energy meridian points by stimulating them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.
Your body is more powerful than you can imagine… filled with life, energy, and a compelling ability for self-healing. With Tapping, you can take control of that power.
I’ll explain exactly how EFT Tapping works and why it is so effective, but before I do that, check out this video, originally filmed for our 2013 Tapping World Summit, which was attended online by over 500,000 people, for a full explanation, along with a visual demonstration on EFT Tapping…

Why Does EFT Tapping Work?
When you’re experiencing a negative emotional state—angry or upset or fearful— your brain goes on alert. It prepares your body to enter a full-blown, fight-or- flight response. This response evolved to mobilize the body to face an external threat-think of a tiger coming after your ancient ancestor. All the body’s defense systems are turned on to support either fighting or fleeing from the danger. Your adrenaline pumps, your muscles tense, and your blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar all rise to give you extra energy to meet the challenge.
stressors in ancient days were very real threats to survival. Today, however, the fight-or-flight response is rarely activated by a physical threat. Most of our fight-or-flight responses today are triggered internally. For many of us, the internally generated stress response is triggered by a negative memory or thought that has its roots in past trauma or conditioned learning from childhood. The stress response in the body takes the same form, whether the trigger is the tiger (external) or a negative memory (internal). The adrenaline flows, the heart races, and so on. What tapping does, with amazing efficiency, is halt the fight-or-flight response and reprogram the brain and body to act-and react-differently.
The stress response begins in your brain in the almond-shaped amygdala, one of the components of the limbic system, or midbrain. The midbrain is located between the frontal lobes (the cortex) and the hindbrain (also called the reptilian brain-the earliest, most primitive part of the brain). The limbic system is the source of emotions and long-term memory, and it’s where negative experiences are encoded. The amygdala has been called the body’s smoke detector. “Uh-oh, here comes trouble,” says the amygdala. “Something is threatening our safety.” It signals the brain to mobilize the body in the fight-or-flight response. Tapping on the meridian endpoints helps to deactivate the amygdala’s alarm and sends a calming response to the body, and the amygdala recognizes that it’s safe.
And as I’ll show you in just a minute, research is showing just how powerful it is.

The Tapping Solution

What is Meditation? An Explanation on what Meditation is to better understand this Practise

What is meditation?

Meditation is great for stress management. Remember stress occurs in your mind and that doesn't make it less real. It means your mind is the key to remove stress from your life. You will experience, relaxation, increased awareness, mental focus, clarity and a sense of peace if meditation is practiced regularly.

"Meditation is one of the most natural and yet most profoundly rewarding of all human activities. It connects you with your own inner powers of vitality, clarity, and love. When done deeply, it also connects you with God and His infinite joy." Put simply, meditation is the method of bringing a scattered, disorganised mind into a state of peace, quiet and tranquillity.

http://zen12.com/homepage/a/Equilibrium

The word meditation, is derived from two Latin words meditari and mederi (to heal). Its Sanskrit derivation 'medha' means wisdom. An ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer. But it is not so. A focus is used, such as a candle flame, a Manthra or the rhythm of the natural breath. The mind will go out again and again, but the meditator gently brings it back to the subject of concentration. Thus, Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. "Watching your breath" is meditation; listening to the birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation.
