Review: Subliminal 360, How to Create Your Own Simple Subliminal Messages

How to Create Your Own Simple Subliminal Messages

Subliminal messaging technology is a complicated mixture of many different variables that can’t be thrown together at home in some kind of DIY fashion. However, there are some simple steps you can take that will help you come up with basic subliminal message recordings.

Why make your own recordings, especially when there are so many ready-made ones available? You might want to target a specific need using your own voice, or using your partner’s voice, or using a particular musical track. Devising your own recording in this way adds that personal touch you can’t get anywhere else.

Create your own simple Subliminal Messages

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Pinpoint the reason for the recording. In other words, what do you want the recording to help you achieve? What do you want to change? What’s the ultimate goal behind making the recording in the first place? Be as specific as you possibly can so that you’ll be able to fine-tune your messages for maximum impact.

  1. Write positive affirmations that fit your specific goal. Affirmations are generally short, positive, and written in the first person. If your goal is to lose weight, for example, then your affirmations might resemble these:
o   I can lose weight easily.

o   I am able to stick to my diet.

o   I am getting slimmer every day.

The more positive affirmations you write the better. You want to be able to influence your subconscious mind with as many positive and motivating phrases as possible.

Create your own simple Subliminal Messages

  1. Put your affirmations to work on your behalf. There are two different ways you can do this:
o   Choose the 5 strongest affirmations, write them down, and repeat them to yourself every morning and night.

o   Record all of the affirmations and listen to them at any time of day when you have a few minutes of spare time.

  1. If you want to record your affirmations in a more professional manner, you’ll need to use some form of audio recording software. This allows you to layer vocal and musical tracks together, mix them up, play them backwards, pan them from left to right, and so on. Free software such as Audacity would be perfect for this.

  1. Save your recording as an Audacity file, even if you think it’s perfect. You can export it as an MP3 file to play on any device, but there may come a time in the future when you want to add additional affirmations to it. Saving it in this manner gives you the option of changing or extending the subliminal recording at a later date.

  1. Transfer your MP3 recording to the medium of your choice (CD, phone, MP3 player, etc.) and listen to it at your leisure. Best times for listening are when you’re not busy doing something else, and while you’re sleeping. Listen while you’re relaxing to give the messages a chance to make their way into your subconscious, without outside distractions making things more difficult.
Create your own simple Subliminal Messages

The final crucial ingredient in the process is patience. If you expect to read your affirmations or listen to your messages once and completely change your life, you’re going to be disappointed. Your subconscious mind needs time to absorb the information and reprogram itself to your new way of thinking, and that takes as long as it takes. So be persistent, keep listening (or reading), and your dedication and determination will be rewarded.

If that all sounds like too much hard work, you can take advantage of hundreds of ready-made subliminal messages using the very latest technology. Check online to explore the wide range of sessions which have been specially designed to address almost every area of your life.

Review: Eat More Popcorn, The Truth about Subliminal Messaging Technology

Eat More Popcorn: The Truth about Subliminal Messaging Technology

The story goes that market researcher James Vicary conducted an experiment to prove the effectiveness of subliminal messages.

Subliminal 360 Messaging Technology

Vicary exposed movie-goers to short subliminal messages containing the phrases “Eat Popcorn” and “Drink Coca-Cola” that were believed to have increased sales for those particular products. When challenged, Vicary was unable to replicate the results and was forced to admit that the data was too small to be of any real or lasting significance. Whether or not these messages did influence the audience, the story and its reported outcomes helped to spur on investigation into how our brains work.

Things have moved on a great deal since Vicary’s time. New technology has made it possible for researchers to study what happens in the human brain in incredible detail. fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) machines are able to map the activity of the brain by detecting changes in blood flow as brain activity varies. What many of these researchers are trying to discover with these techniques is the extent to which the subconscious brain influences the decision-making process. It has even resulted in the creation of a whole new branch of scientific study, called neuroscience.

So Do Subliminal Messages Work?

Here’s what we know so far…

Our brain has two distinct sides to it, the conscious and the subconscious. For many years we believed that every decision we made was done so in a rational manner, consciously chosen by us. But new research (check out Leonard Mlodinow’s book ‘Subliminal: How Your Unconscious Mind Rules Your Behavior’) is challenging that idea in a big way.

It now appears that your subconscious mind is the control center, thought to be a million times more powerful than the conscious mind. Scientists are suggesting that every action you take, and every decision you make, is the result of a set of subconscious processes. So even though you think you’re making conscious, rational decisions, your subconscious is actually feeding that information to its less potent cousin.

For anyone interested in the application of subliminal messaging technology, that’s a significant fact. We now know for certain that the subconscious is the boss, the bit of our brain that’s in control, running our lives and informing our behavior. It therefore makes more sense than ever to find ways to use that knowledge that will enable people to make real changes in their lives.

Hungry for Answers

There’s still a long way to go and plenty more to be discovered, but one thing is certain. Any tool or technique that manages to infiltrate the subconscious mind has a good chance of helping people take more control over their lives. Research clearly indicates that, in order for any kind of serious change to take place, the subject has to be motivated to make that change happen. It seems perfectly logical then that with the right incentive and access to bona fide, reputable subliminal recordings, it should be relatively easy to eliminate bad habits, boost brain power, infuse yourself with energy, or any of hundreds of other improvements.

So is it the message that’s important, or the motivation? In the end, what matters is the result. More and more people are turning to subliminal messaging technology to improve the quality of their lives – and as long as it works for them, that’s all the justification the technology will ever need.

Binaural Beats, Stimulate your Brain with the Right Sounds to Heal, Pain Relief, Study, Meditate

Binaural Beats

Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims coming from the alternative medicine community that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone: for example, if 300 Hz was played in one ear and 310 in the other, then the binaural beat would have a frequency of 10 Hz.

Binaural Beats Brainwaves

The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. The frequencies of the tones must be below 1,000 hertz for the beating to be noticeable. The difference between the two frequencies must be small (less than or equal to 30 Hz) for the effect to occur; otherwise, the two tones will be heard separately, and no beat will be perceived.

Binaural beats are of interest to neurophysiologists investigating the sense of hearing.
Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and provide other health benefits such as control over pain.

Review: The 11 Forgotten Laws, Law of Attraction and The Secret! Bob Proctors top Informative Program

“The 11 Forgotten Laws That Make The Law of Attraction
An Unbreakable Force”

Bob Proctor – one of the key figures in “The Secret”- believes that the Law of Attraction is incomplete, and for the first time reveals the 11 Forgotten Laws that will finally uncover the Law’s true potential.

My Dear Mindfullness Friends:

Let’s face it: The current global recession does not seem to be recovering very fast.
Yet, didn’t the movie The Secret offer such hope three years ago? It seemed like a bright future that with millions of new converts to the Law of Attraction, a new era of prosperity and abundance will be ushered in.

Perhaps you are one of them.

You faithfully followed each and every one of the 3 steps. Yet the results you “attracted” were dismal at best. If you have any doubt about that…

Just look at the wreckage around you

The financial system has collapsed. More and more major banks are dropping like flies.
And to make things worse…
You’re the one who’s paying the price
CNN published an article October 7th reporting that 8/10 Americans are stressed out by all these happenings. This year alone, 760,000 jobs will be lost. And that’s just the pre-bailout statistics.
Furthermore, even if you’re prudently saving, it probably feels like an futile effort. On top of that, inflation rates are soaring.

The question you could be having in your mind is:

“Is the Law of Attraction Hype?”

But before I answer that, let me quickly introduce myself.
My name is Bob Proctor.

Bob Proctor, The 11 Forgotten Laws

Perhaps a quote from Doug Wead, former special assistant to the President of the United States, best describes me:

“Zig Ziglar may be the master motivator, Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield of Chicken Soup for the Soul, the master story tellers; Anthony Robbins may be the guru of personal development, but Bob Proctor is the master thinker. When it comes to systemizing life, no one can touch him.”

Different Meditation Techniques: A more in depth explanation on various Meditation Techniques

Different Meditation Techniques:

    * Controlled focus:

Classic examples of concentration or controlled focus are found in the revered traditions of Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, Qiqong, Yoga and Vedanta, though many methods involve attempts to control or direct the mind. Attention is focused on an object of meditation--such as one's breath, an idea or image, or an emotion. Brain waves recorded during these practices are typically in the gamma frequency (20-50 Hz), seen whenever you concentrate or during "active" cognitive processing.

    * Open monitoring:

These mindfulness type practices, common in Vipassana and Zazen, involve watching or actively paying attention to experiences--without judging, reacting or holding on. Open monitoring gives rise to frontal theta (4-8 Hz), an EEG pattern commonly seen during memory tasks or reflection on mental concepts.

    * Automatic self-transcending:

This category describes practices designed to go beyond their own mental activity--enabling the mind to spontaneously transcend the process of meditation itself. Whereas concentration and open monitoring require degrees of effort or directed focus to sustain the activity of meditation, this approach is effortless because there is no attempt to direct attention--no controlled cognitive processing. An example is the Transcendental Meditation technique. The EEG pattern of this category is frontal alpha coherence, associated with a distinct state of relaxed inner wakefulness.

Meditation Info

Some techniques may fall under more than one category: Guided meditation is controlled focus if the instruction is, "Hold attention on your breath." But if the instructor says, "Now just watch your thoughts, letting them come and go," then you're probably doing open monitoring--and your EEG would say for sure.

Without the scientific research (or until we have a cell phone app for measuring our EEG and biochemistry), meditative states and their effects remain subjective. Brain research, along with findings on psychological and behavioral effects, gives a more objective framework for health professionals or anyone to determine which meditation technique might be most beneficial for a given purpose.

What I’m going to share with you on this page, and this entire site, is likely to drastically improve the quality of your life.
You see, when I first learned about EFT, a type of Meridian Tapping, I was so blown away with how effective it was that I absolutely knew I had to find a way to teach others the technique. Over the last 8 years it’s been my life’s mission to show others how they can quickly learn and use EFT Tapping to make life better in every way possible.

The Tapping Solution

What is EFT Tapping?
EFT, otherwise known as Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a type of Meridian Tapping that combines ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology with startling results.
From pain relief, to healing childhood traumas, to clearing limiting financial beliefs, to weight loss, body image and food cravings, to fears and phobias, Tapping is proving to be a powerful, well-researched and easy to learn and apply technique.
Tapping utilizes the body’s energy meridian points by stimulating them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.
Your body is more powerful than you can imagine… filled with life, energy, and a compelling ability for self-healing. With Tapping, you can take control of that power.
I’ll explain exactly how EFT Tapping works and why it is so effective, but before I do that, check out this video, originally filmed for our 2013 Tapping World Summit, which was attended online by over 500,000 people, for a full explanation, along with a visual demonstration on EFT Tapping…

Why Does EFT Tapping Work?
When you’re experiencing a negative emotional state—angry or upset or fearful— your brain goes on alert. It prepares your body to enter a full-blown, fight-or- flight response. This response evolved to mobilize the body to face an external threat-think of a tiger coming after your ancient ancestor. All the body’s defense systems are turned on to support either fighting or fleeing from the danger. Your adrenaline pumps, your muscles tense, and your blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar all rise to give you extra energy to meet the challenge.
stressors in ancient days were very real threats to survival. Today, however, the fight-or-flight response is rarely activated by a physical threat. Most of our fight-or-flight responses today are triggered internally. For many of us, the internally generated stress response is triggered by a negative memory or thought that has its roots in past trauma or conditioned learning from childhood. The stress response in the body takes the same form, whether the trigger is the tiger (external) or a negative memory (internal). The adrenaline flows, the heart races, and so on. What tapping does, with amazing efficiency, is halt the fight-or-flight response and reprogram the brain and body to act-and react-differently.
The stress response begins in your brain in the almond-shaped amygdala, one of the components of the limbic system, or midbrain. The midbrain is located between the frontal lobes (the cortex) and the hindbrain (also called the reptilian brain-the earliest, most primitive part of the brain). The limbic system is the source of emotions and long-term memory, and it’s where negative experiences are encoded. The amygdala has been called the body’s smoke detector. “Uh-oh, here comes trouble,” says the amygdala. “Something is threatening our safety.” It signals the brain to mobilize the body in the fight-or-flight response. Tapping on the meridian endpoints helps to deactivate the amygdala’s alarm and sends a calming response to the body, and the amygdala recognizes that it’s safe.
And as I’ll show you in just a minute, research is showing just how powerful it is.

Welcome to my Blog about a Healthy Mind, Body and Soul

Welcome to my Blog about a Healthy Mind, Body and Soul

Over the last couple of years I have been busy reading and informing myself about a healthy mind body and soul.

We live in a very fast paced world. Everyday our mind and soul is tested to the limit. We have to perform better and faster to catch up with this every changing world.

Although more is asked constantly from our mind and body, our daily intake of food and nutricients is getting lower. The food quality in most modern cities has become very poor.

Many people are suffering from burnouts, exhaustion, depression and many new diseases. The time has come to strenghten ourselves again and in order to do that one must look  healthier ways to eat and live.

On this blog you will find articles about meditation, food supplements, beauty products, mind techniques, etc...

I hope you will enjoy my blog.

Kind regards
